COMMUNICATION on the termination of the use of paper stamps for administrative fees as of 31 December 2024

CTU informs that with effect from 1 January 2025 it will no longer be possible to use paper stamps to pay administrative fees for the CTU´s operations. From that date, the only possible form of payment will be a transfer to the CTU's bank account.

If the application is submitted after 31 December 2024 with a paper stamp attached as proof of payment, CTU will invite the applicant to make a new payment by bank transfer. Stamps after that date are no longer valid for the purpose of payment of administrative fees.

This measure results from Act No.349/2023 Coll., amending certain acts in connection with the consolidation of public budgets, and applies to all administrative acts for which stamps were previously accepted. It is aimed at simplifying administration and switching to modern payment methods.
