Study on Radio Spectrum

In accordance with Act No 127/2005 on Electronic Communications and amending certain related acts (the Electronic Communications Act), as amended, the Czech Telecommunication Office ensures effective management and efficient use of radio frequencies and adopts measures to facilitate the rapid development of new wireless communication technologies and their implementation in practice. To support these processes and to ensure the expertise, independence, transparency and predictability of decision-making, the Office shall commission studies on the current use of radio spectrum.
