CALL FOR COMMENTS on the draft amendment to General Authorisation No. VO-S/2/XX.2024-Y amending General Authorisation No. VO-S/2/07.2005-10 laying down conditions for the provision of public communications networks and associated facilities, as amended

CTU has published draft amendment to General Authorisation No. VO-S/2/XX.2024-Y.  The draft enshrines the conditions as an anti-spoofing measure. The first condition is to block calls that come to the Czech Republic from abroad, but the caller is identified by a number that should not come from abroad.  The second condition is to identify the calling subscriber with the actual telephone number associated with that subscriber and service in the call signalling message. 

In accordance with Section 130(6) of the Electronic Communications Act, comments on the draft may be submitted within 30 days of the date of publication of this call.
