CANCELLATION OF THE CALL for comments on the draft Invitation to tender for granting of the rights to use radio frequencies to provide electronic communications networks for the provision of terrestrial digital radio broadcasting and multimedia applications in the 174-230 MHz band

CTU announces that the CTU Council Chairman has decided to withdraw the draft Invitation to tender for granting of the rights to use radio frequencies to provide electronic communications networks in the 174-230 MHz band (the "Draft") from public consultation.

At the same time, the CTU Council Chair informs that before the Draft is published again, CTU will inform the stakeholders concerned by means of a workshop on the settlement of comments previously received by CTU during the consultation on the draft principles of the tender procedure in question. The draft terms of the tender itself will then be modified, if necessary, in the light of the information received and published for new consultation.
