Universal service

Section 125 of the Electronic Communications Act lays down that information concerning universal service must be published on an electronic notice board. This includes, in particular, public consultations on the intention to impose or not to impose individual partial services, the decision on the designation of the universal service provider and the result and method of calculation of the net cost of providing the universal service.
