COMMUNICATION on the issue of measure of general nature, issuing General Authorisation No. VO-R/23/06.2024-4 for the use of radio frequencies and for the operation of devices of fixed service in 71–76 GHz and 81–86 GHz frequency bands

CTU issued measure of general nature issuing General Authorisation VO-R/23/06.2024-4 for the use of radio frequencies and for the operation of devices of fixed service in 71–76 GHz and 81–86 GHz frequency bands to implement Section 9 and Section 12 of the Electronic Communications Act. This measure of general nature shall come into effect on 1 August 2024.  

CTU published the afore mentioned measure of general nature  in the Telecommunication Bulletin Vol. 7/2024 on the website of Public Administration Portal on 28 June 2024.
