COMMUNICATION on the issue of Measure of General Nature - part of the radio spectrum utilisation plan No. PV-P/12/06.2026-5 for the frequency band 1700–1900 MHz

In order to implement Section 16(2) of Electronic Communications Act by means of Measure of General Nature, CTU issued a part of the radio spectrum utilisation plan No. PV-P/12/06.2026-5 for the 1700-1900 MHz frequency band.

The Measure of General Nature shall come into effect on 1 July 2026.

CTU published the Measure of General Nature on 9 July 2026 in Volume 4/2026 of the Telecommunication Bulletin on public administration portal.
