PRESS RELEASE: CTU Council at full strength again

Prague, 10 July 2024 - The Government of the Czech Republic today reappointed Lukáš Zelený to the CTU Council and appointed another member of the Council, Marek Vrbik.

Lukáš Zelený was appointed for the first time on 1 July 2019, and his mandate ended at the end of June this year. With effect from 11 July 2024, the Government appointed him to the CTU Council for a second five-year term.

Marek Vrbík, who has worked in the Military Intelligence in the past, will be a new member of the Council of five. Since 2019, he has also been a member of the remonstrance commission of the CTU Council. The government appointed him on 11 July for a five-year term.
