ANNOUNCEMENT: Invitation to tender for granting of the rights to use radio frequencies to provide electronic communications networks for the provision of terrestrial digital radio broadcasting and multimedia applications in the 174–230 MHz band
CTU has launched a tender for granting of the rights to use radio frequencies to provide electronic communications networks for the provision of terrestrial digital radio broadcasting and multimedia applications in the 174–230 MHz band.
Terms of the tender are outlined in the body of the Invitation to Tender for Granting of the Rights to Use Radio Frequencies to Provide Electronic Communications Networks for the Provision of Terrestrial Digital Radio Broadcasting and Multimedia Applications in the 174–230 MHz band, ref. ČTÚ-29 426/2023-613 (“Invitation to Tender”) which were published, according to Section 125(2)(d) of the Electronic Communications Act, in the Telecommunication Bulletin 04/2023 on the public administration portal and, at the same time, at the Electronic Notice Board.
Applications to the tender may be submitted to CTU under the terms set in the Invitation to Tender by 31 August 2023 at the latest.
The documentation to the tender can be found at the Electronic Notice Board in Czech language. Only the Czech version is legally binding for the tender. The tender is subject to the Czech legal order.
On 29 June 2023, CTU published on the Discussion Site a table with settlement of comments received during the public consultation. Public consultation ran from 27 April to 29 May 2023.
