Valuation of easement on the land owned by municipalities 

The written letter of intent on the establishment of an easement is the condition for the establishment and operation of public communications network on other owners´ land. However, the price for this easement is often a problematic point when concluding the contract. In order to improve the orientation of interested parties regarding the determination of the price, the Office therefore publishes the 'Summary opinion on the establishment and valuation of easements on municipal property' of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of the Interior (available only in CZ).

Easement on the land owned by the state

With effect from 1 January 2022, the use of state-owned properties for public communications network lines, including the method of determining the price for easements, is regulated in a new separate provision of the Electronic Communications Act (Section 104a).
