CTU has prepared a draft decision to impose obligations on an undertaking with significant market power, on the basis of the results of the analysis of relevant market No.1 - Wholesale local access provided at a fixed location, to implement Section 51(6) and (10) of the Electronic Communications Act.

The results of the analysis were published on 9 April 2025 in the Telecommunication Bulletin (04/2025) as Measure of General Nature No. A/1/04.2025-4.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 130(1)(a) of the Electronic Communications Act, the draft decision is submitted for public consultation with stakeholders.

Pursuant to Section 130(6) of the Electronic Communications Act, comments on the draft decision may be submitted within 30 days of the date of publication of this call.

After the end of the public consultation, CTU will settle the received comments and complete the relevant administrative proceedings with stakeholders.
