Communication on the issuance of Decision Ref. No. ČTÚ-32697/2025-610/XIX.vyř. – T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. – effective from 1 January 2026

The CTU Council issued Decision Ref. No. ČTÚ-32697/2025-610/XIX.vyř. on the imposition of an obligation on T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. to enable persons with special social needs, pursuant to Sections 44 and 45, to select prices or price plans that differ from the price plans provided under normal commercial conditions, so that these persons can access and use partial services pursuant to Section 38(2)(a) and (b) of the Electronic Communications Act, not only at a fixed location (Section 38(3) of the Electronic Communications Act).

The Decision shall be effective from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028.
