Communication on the issue of Decision Ref. No ČTÚ-35772/2022-610/XXVI.vyř. – Vodafone Czech Republic a.s.

The Council of the Czech Telecommunications Office issued Decision Ref. No ČTÚ-35772/2022-610/XXVI.vyř. on the imposition of an obligation on Vodafone Czech Republic a.s., to enable persons with special social needs, pursuant to Sections 44 and 45, to choose prices or price plans that differ from the price plans provided under normal commercial conditions, so that these persons can access and use partial services pursuant to Section 38(2)(a) and (b) of the Electronic Communications Act, not only at a fixed location (Section 38(3) of the Electronic Communications Act).
