Communication on the issue of Decision Ref. No ČTÚ-35773/2022-610/X.vyř. – O2 Czech Republic a.s.

The Council of the Czech Telecommunication Office issued Decision Ref. No ČTÚ-35773/2022-610/X.vyř. on the imposition of an obligation on O2 Czech Republic a.s., to provide partial service of access to partial services for disabled persons pursuant to Section 38(2)(a) and (b) of the Electronic Communications Act provided not only at a fixed location, equivalent to an access enjoyed by all other consumers, especially by means of specially equipped terminal devices (Section 38(2)(c) of the Electronic Communications Act).
