COMMUNICATION on the issue of General Authorisation VO-R/10/05.2025-5 for the use of radio frequencies and for the operation of short range devices

CTU issued General Authorisation VO-R/10/05.2025-5 for the use of radio frequencies and for the operation of short range devices to implement Section 9 and Section 12 of the Electronic Communications Act.

The General Authorisation shall come into effect on 15 June 2025.  

CTU published this General Authorisation in the Telecommunication Bulletin Vol. 5/2025 on the website of Public Administration Portal on 28 May 2025.
