Disputes over payment obligations under the Section 129 of Electronic Communications Act

From 1. 7. 2025, it is possible to use the form published on the ePortal to submit an application for the initiation of administrative proceedings concerning a dispute over the fulfilment of the obligation to pay.

The form allows to apply items according to § 129 ZEK and/or § 129a of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., the Electronic Communications Act.
