DSA comes into effect on 17 February 2024

CTU, as the future digital services coordinator, has published a FAQ (in CZ only) on the so-called "DSA Regulation", which grants users of these services new rights that will give them greater control over the services they provide, helping to create a safe, predictable and trustworthy online environment. In addition, the DSA promotes transparency throughout the digital ecosystem and the development of SMEs. The main obligations under the DSA can be found here.
