The EC consults the public on the DNA proposal

The European Commission has launched a call to inform the public and the sector about the Digital Networks Act (DNA) proposal.

The DNA Regulation is intended to replace, in particular, the 2018 European Electronic Communications Code, but also parts of other regulations, such as Regulation (EU) 2015/2120, from which it will take over the part containing rules on open internet access.

The EC is now giving everyone the opportunity to provide feedback, relevant information and comments. Anyone can comment until 16 April 2026. The form can be completed at the following address: Digital Networks Act

The EC will use the input received when further discussing the proposal in the course of the legislative process.
