Electronic Communications

The above texts are processed to the legal situation in force on 18. 2. 2023. On 1. 1. 2022, an amendment to the Electronic Communications Act entered into force, implementing into Czech law the rules laid down by the European Electronic Communications Code.          

Providers were then obliged to bring the contracts in line with this new version of the Electronic Communications Act by the end of June 2022.
