Public consultation on guidelines on the implementation of GIA

A BEREC public consultation on two draft guidelines on the implementation of the Gigabit Infrastructure Act (GIA) is underway. BEREC must issue the guidelines by 12 November 2025.  You can influence their wording now. These are the Guidelines on the coordination of civil works according to Art. 5(6) and the Guidelines on access to in-building infrastructure according to Art. 11(6). The public consultation is open until 11 July 2025. You should send your contributions or comments, preferably in English, to the addresses given by BEREC:
