Report on the World Radiocommunication Conference WRC-19

The ITU World Radiocommunication Conference 2019 (WRC-19 ) met in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, from 22 October to 27 November 2019, as well as the Radiocommunication Assembly 2019 (RA-19) and the Conference Preparatory Meeting for WRC-23 (CPM23/1​). 3,400 participants from 165 ITU Member States attended WRC-19. The European region (CEPT) was represented by 780 delegates from 46 countries. CTU helped to coordinate the steps of the Czech delegation with the EU and CEPT representation. The Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, the Czech ambassador in Egypt, the CTU Council Chair and other expert from CTU, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Transport attended the conference.
