CALL for comments on draft of measure of general nature, part of radio spectrum utilization plan no. PV-P/23/XX.2019-Y for 59–105 GHz frequency band

The Czech Telecommunication Office (CTU) in execution of Section 16 para. 2 of the Act No. 127/2005 Sb., on electronic communications and amendment of certain related acts (Electronic Communications Act), compiled a draft of measure of general nature – part of radio spectrum utilization plan no. PV-P/23/XX.2019-Y for 59–105 GHz frequency band.

By this measure, CTU will set technical parameters and conditions to use radio spectrum by radiocommunications services in the radio spectrum segment defined by 59–105 GHz frequencies.

Comments can be submitted until 25 October 2019.

The consultation is held only in Czech language.
