CALL for comments on the draft decision on the imposition of obligations on an undertaking with significant market power on the basis of analysis of relevant market No 1 - 'Wholesale local access provided at a fixed location'

CTU has prepared a draft decision to impose obligations on CETIN a.s., Českomoravská 2510/19, Libeň, 190 00 Praha 9, IČO: 04084063, on the basis of the analysis of relevant market No.1 - "Wholesale local access provided at a fixed location" to implement Section 51(6) of the Electronic Communications Act.

The analysis of relevant market No. 1 was published on 26 July 2023 in the Telecommunications Bulletin as a Measure of General Nature No. A/1/07.2023-2. CTU Council has launched administrative proceeding concerning the imposition of obligations on CETIN a.s. Its proposals, objections and comments were taken into account in the draft decision.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 130(1)(a) of the Electronic Communications Act, the draft decision is submitted for public consultation with stakeholders.

Pursuant to Section 130(6) of the Electronic Communications Act, comments on the draft decision may be submitted within 30 days of the date of publication of this call.

After the end of the public consultation, CTU will settle the received comments and complete the administrative proceeding.
