CALL for comments on the draft decision on withdrawal of obligations of an undertaking with significant market power on the basis of results of analysis of relevant market No 3b - 'Wholesale central access provided at a fixed location for mass-market products'

CTU has prepared a draft decision to withdraw obligations imposed on CETIN a.s., Českomoravská 2510/19, Libeň, 190 00 Praha 9, IČO: 04084063, on the basis of the result of analysis of relevant market No. 3b - "Wholesale central access provided at a fixed location for mass-market products", to implement Section 51(11) of the Electronic Communications Act.

The analysis of the former relevant market was published on 26 July 2023 in the Telecommunications Bulletin. CTU Council has launched administrative proceeding concerning the withdrawal of obligations on CETIN a.s. The administration authority invited CETIN to comment on the initiated administrative proceeding. Its proposals, objections and comments were taken into account in the draft decision.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 130(1)(b) of the Electronic Communications Act, the draft decision is submitted for public consultation with stakeholders.

Pursuant to Section 130(6) of the Electronic Communications Act, comments on the draft decision may be submitted within 30 days of the date of publication of this call.

After the end of the public consultation, CTU will settle the received comments and complete the administrative proceeding.
