COMMUNICATION on the issue of decision on the withdrawal of the designation of CETIN a.s. as an undertaking with SMP and on the designation of O2 Czech Republic a.s. as an undertaking with SMP on the basis of the results of the analysis of former relevant market No. 1 – Wholesale call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location

CTU hereby informs that in accordance with Section 51 (6) and (9) of the Electronic Communications Act and in accordance with the results of relevant market analysis issued by Measure of General Nature No. A/S1/12.2022-22, amending Measure of General Nature – market analysis No. A/1/04.2020-3, CTU Council issued Decision No. SMP/S1/03.2023-1, which withdraws the designation of CETIN a.s. as an undertaking with significant market power, and Decision No.SMP/S1/03.2023-2 designating O2 Czech Republic a.s. as an undertaking with significant market power on former market No. 1 - Wholesale call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location.
