COMMUNICATION on the result of the public consultation on the impact analysis of the concentration of CETIN a.s. and Nej.cz s.r.o.

CTU has published at discussion site the settlement of comments received during the public consultation on the impact analysis of the concentration of CETIN a.s. and Nej.cz s.r.o.

In accordance with the conclusions of the impact analysis, CTU will now prepare a supplement to the analysis of the relevant market No.1 - wholesale local access provided at a fixed location in order to extend the regulation to the newly classified POÚ in segment B, in which CETIN a.s. has significant market power thanks to its concentration with Nej.cz s.r.o. The prepared supplement to market analysis No. 1 will be subsequently consulted with the stakeholders pursuant to Section 130 of the Electronic Communications Act and will subsequently be subject to consultation pursuant to Section 131 of the same Act.
