EC public consultation on the draft EU Kids Act Regulation

On 1 October, the European Commission launched a call for views on its proposal for an EU Kids Act (EUKA). Your views can be shared with the Commission until 3 December 2026 and will be used by the Commission for further discussion during the examination of the proposal. You can also view the other comments on this page.
