The bank account number for the payment of the administrative fee for the allocation of frequencies, changes or extension of the authorisation for the use of radio frequencies is 3711-60426011/0710.
The bank account number for the payment of the radio frequency utilisation fee is 19-60426011/0710.
For more information on how to pay the administrative and annual fees (variable symbol, etc.), please see Fees for individual and short-term authorisations for the use of radio frequencies.
An administrative fee is not levied for the allocation of frequencies, changes to or extension of the validity period of the authorisation for the use of radio frequencies, and its amount is directly set out in the Tariff Table of the Act No 634/2004 on administrative fees (item 112). Further details on the payment of administrative fees can be found on the page Fees for individual and short-term authorisations for the use of radio frequencies.
In case of applying for a short-term authorisation, the fee is set directly by the Electronic Communications Act. Regardless of the number of radio frequencies requested, a uniform fee of CZK 3 000 is set for the granting of one short-term authorisation. Further details on the payment of administrative fee can be found on the page Fees for individual and short-term authorisations for the use of radio frequencies.
You should pay fees for the use of the allocated radio frequencies within 15 days of the day the decision on the granting of individual authorisation for the use of radio frequencies enters into legal force. Furthermore, as the holder of the individual authorisation, you are obliged to pay an annual fee on a regular basis, always no later than 31 January of the relevant calendar year. Please note that CTU neither issues any invoice for the payment of the fees for the use of allocated radio frequencies, nor any confirmation of payment. The payment obligation arises from the Electronic Communications Act and the amount of the fee is set out directly in the decision granting you an individual authorisation for the use of radio frequencies.
The amount of the annual fee for the use of the allocated radio frequencies is always specified in Part E (Fees) of the relevant individual authorisation, or in a separate decision if the annual fee has changed during the validity of the relevant authorisation.
The amount and the method of calculation of the annual fee are set out in Government Order No. 154/2005 Coll., as amended, for individual radiocommunication services. The calculation is based on several mainly technical parameters e.g., the fee for the use of radio frequencies in land mobile service networks depends on the type of radio network (local or nationwide). The fee generally also depends on the value of the power used, the number of stations, the number of operating channels, their width, etc. For this reason, no universally applicable and fixed price list exists for annual fees for the use of radio frequencies. The specific amount is always determined by a combination of technical parameters of the radio frequencies requested.
When paying the administrative fee by a stamp, the stamp must be sticked on the application, otherwise there is a risk that the applicant will be asked to pay the administrative fee if the stamp is lost during handling.
