Decision to impose obligation to provide a partial service in frame of the universal service - access of disabled persons to publicly available telephone service, to the directory inquiry service and to directories, equivalent to the access enjoyed by other end users, specifically through special telecommunications terminal equipment according to Section 38 paragraph 2 point (f) of the Electronic Communications Act.

The CTU Council issued decision no. ČTÚ-3 752/2021-610/XI.vyř. on the imposition of obligation to provide a partial service in frame of the universal service - access of disabled persons to publicly available telephone service, to the directory inquiry service and to directories, equivalent to the access enjoyed by other end users, specifically through special telecommunications terminal equipment according to Section 38 paragraph 2 point (f) of the Electronic Communications Act.
